NATO Defence Production Action Plan (2023)
Vilnius, Lithuania – 11–12 July 2023 (launch); subsequent implementation 2023–2024
NATO launched the DPAP to aggregate demand, enable longer‑term contracts, and stimulate industrial investment and capacity, focusing on munitions, air defence, and key enablers while improving standards and data on industrial capacity.
