‘Berlin Plus’ Arrangements (EU–NATO)

2002–2003 (agreements concluded, 17 March 2003)

Berlin Plus provides the EU assured access to NATO planning capabilities, presumption of availability of NATO assets and capabilities, and arrangements for command options and information security for EU‑led operations where NATO as a whole is not engaged.
